• ALL Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class recorded.
• I dont offer next day delivery.
• Please note i make all the beads my self and bag every item up my self so this does affect delivery time and some orders can take up to two weeks at busy times but always try my best to do get orders out asap!
• Some deliveries may need a signature.

• International delivery costs may vary.
• Deliveries will require a signature.
• Deliveries are estimated to arrive 7-10 workings days after  items have been sent but can take longer.
• VAT and Duties are paid in the country of purchase.
• Please make sure you provide full contact details including a contact telephone number.

Returns

• We offer Free returns on all UK orders.
• Returns/cancellations/refunds accepted up to 14 days of your item arriving.
• All shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
• Goods must be returned in their original unused condition.
